The booking process is very simple here at EZ EVENT. If we are available on the date you are inquiring about and you agree to the services and fees after we send them, we send an electronic deposit invoice via PayPal that has your contract and a current W-9 attached. At the same time, we send a balance invoice. As soon as the deposit is paid and the contract is signed and returned, the date is yours! The balance invoice needs to be paid in full at least one day prior to the date of the scheduled performance.
